Alt-F does not have an Apache package.

Use the command
debian -chroot
You are now in a Debian chroot environment (all Alt-F running services are still running and mounted disks available), you are on your own and can execute the Debian commands you which. Just execute 'exit' to leave the chroot Debian and return to Alt-F.
From within Alt-F you can also execute simple Debian commands, e.g.
debian -chroot cat /etc/issue
