Bought this NAS second-hand, tested it, and had it running for a few hours. Then I updated the firmware through the stock web UI. The popup said the update was successful, and the NAS went into a reboot countdown of about 120 seconds. I waited for around 5 minutes, but the NAS wasn’t doing anything, so I pressed the power button.

After that, both the left and right drive LEDs stayed solid amber. The NAS is no longer detected on the network, doesn’t show up in the stock software, and now I’m not sure what to do next:(

Hi Rodrigo,
Why have you buy this little Nas? It's very basic and slow for moderno standard, only as a gift It has a sense....
Homewere....
Have you try ti find the ip with a program like ip scanner?
When you flash new firmware the ip change.
If you don't find It you can try to reset settings go default by pressing the reset button for at least 20 seconds.

Also, clear the cache of your browser, as your browser may remember the previous Web user interface of the stock firmware.  If you cannot find the IP of your DNS-325, login to your router to see what IP address that it assigned to it.
