Can anyone recommend an automated backup solution for Windows 10/11 machines that will store full and incremental backups to a DLink NAS running Alt-F firmware?  Thanks!

I've used Duplicati like this in the past, and it's been great. You can simply map a drive letter to your NAS, and then use the drive/folder as a backup target. Or you can use ssh/scp to login to your NAS and have it collect the files that way. Or even FTP if you were so inclined. If you want off-site backups also, you can enable encryption and backup to various cloud storage providers (I use Backblaze, which is S3 compatible but a great deal cheaper).

I just use Robocopy, which is built into Windows 10/11. I wrote a batch file, and then used Scheduler to make it run every night at a specific time. I have a lot of folders I back up every night, and with the options I use, it compares the files to what's on my computer. Same, newer, extra.
SET OPTIONS= /MIR /E /XO /FFT /COPY:DT /XA:H
@echo off
robocopy "F:\Desktop" "Y:\LordSith77\Desktop" %OPTIONS%
robocopy "F:\Downloads" "Y:\LordSith77\Downloads" %OPTIONS%
robocopy "F:\My Documents" "Y:\LordSith77\Documents" %OPTIONS% /XD "My Pictures" "My Videos"
robocopy "F:\My Photos" "Y:\LordSith77\My Photos" %OPTIONS%
robocopy "F:\My Videos" "Y:\LordSith77\My Videos" %OPTIONS%
All my personal files are on my F drive, but you can substitute %USERPROFILE%\ or C:\Users\%USERNAME%\
