New User- How do you save settings

Hello
I installed Alt-F V1.0 on my D-Link 320 yesterday which seemed to go OK but I can't find how to save the changes I made to the network settings (Fixed IP, new Host Name).
Would like to get this sorted before moving on to see whether I can see the data that is on the disk I have in there.

PS I am not even seeing the
message "Error saving settings! No flash space available"
