Problem while installing Debian Wheezy on DNS-323 with Busybox

I am trying to install Debian Wheezy on my NAS via SSH. I follow this guide

I am stuck on "Installation base system" step and got this error:

Unable to install busybox An error was returned while trying to instal lthe busybox package onto the target system. Check /var/log/syslog or see virtual console 4 for details

I checked /var/log/syslog and there is:

ps: invalid option -- 'a' BusyBox v1.20.2 (Debian 1:1.20.0-7) multi-call binary.

I tried this, but in shell in installer's menu. Not sure that keep working after exit command

In mirror I set archive.debian.org/debian

I can't upload new image. From shell command I only have:

bg break cd chdir command continue echo eval exec exit export false fg getopts hash help jobs kill let local printf pwd read readonly return set shift test times trap true type ulimit umask unset wait

In partition menu I set:

swap - 16gb 

/ - 50gb

 /home - 435gb

Can someone help me?
