Hi dear Community

First of all thank you very much for the author of Alt-F , this has litterally gives a second like to my first NAS bought in 2011 , yes 10y ago already ... I kept it whereas I have sold all NAS bought afterwards (Synology DS211 , Proliant N54 , ....)

I am sure to always keep that good old DNS320 ;)

My question is to know if someone has succeeded on running RClone on DNS320 ?

I have chrooted Debian but can't get RClone to work :(

root@dlink:/# rclone mount --config="/root/.config/rclone/rclone.conf" --allow-other onedrive: /onedrive
2021/04/24 20:45:59 NOTICE: One drive root '': --vfs-cache-mode writes or full is recommended for this remote as it can't stream
2021/04/24 20:45:59 mount helper error: fusermount: fuse device not found, try 'modprobe fuse' first
2021/04/24 20:45:59 Fatal error: failed to mount FUSE fs: fusermount: exit status 1
root@dlink:/#

root@dlink:/# modprobe fuse
modprobe: ERROR: ../libkmod/libkmod.c:557 kmod_search_moddep() could not open moddep file '/lib/modules/4.4.86/modules.dep.bin'

I am not good enough at Linux to resolve that , I am even not sure that's possible that's why I need some guidance

Thank you for any clues and sorry for my english

Regards

XT

I'm not using rclone, but I bet it has to do something with "I have chrooted Debian".

on flashed Alt-F 1.0:
[root@NAS]# uname -a
Linux NAS 4.4.86 #3 Sat Oct 7 18:03:29 WEST 2017 armv5tel GNU/Linux
[root@NAS]# lsmod
Module                  Size  Used by    Not tainted
ipv6                  247420 10 [permanent]

[root@NAS]# modprobe fuse
[root@NAS]# lsmod
Module                  Size  Used by    Not tainted
fuse                   62592  0
ipv6                  247420 10 [permanent]

I haven't used or tested it since I wrote it. chroot can be complex, as hellfish says, why don't you try instead Entware's rclone package? I have posted my current Entware webUI sources in another thread, might be worth trying.

Thanks both for the answers

I tried with Entware's rclone package but can't get all my remote to work (few works but majority don't , such as Onedrive) , apparently it's because as version is too old (1.37 here whereas the last is 1.55)

too bad! I still like my DNS-320 and Alt-F anyway ;)

EDIT : after realizing what you said Joao , I've looked for entware on the group and I was able to upgrade the package thanks to another thread where I've said thanks , so thank you Joao too

I am quite excited to be able to use Rclone on the Dlink :)
