My (donated) DNS-320L-rev-A1 has 256MB or RAM.

From other posts, the DNS-320-rev-B has 128MB of RAM, being otherwise identical to the DNS-320L-rev-A.

My (donated) DNS-325-rev-A1 has 256MB of RAM

My (donated) DNS-327-rev-A1 has 512MB of RAM
