DNS-323 clean flash install on RC0.3 on the day it came out.  SMOOTH.  combined sda2 and sda4 and converted to ext3 where Alt-f and ffp0.7 reside in apparent harmony.  sdb2 and sdb4 still as ext2  I am very satisfied.  No raid, Used primarily to do backups of folders via rsync.

Previously with ffp I would ssh in and occasionally do ipkg update then ipkg upgrade and occasionally software would upgrade.  The Alt-F web interface for updating seems to work.

1.  Is there any downside to using the cli of ipkg update then ipkg upgrade for Alt-f as opposed to the Alt-F package manager web page?
2.  How do I enable ipkg  update and upgrade for my ffp0.7 packages?  Would putting http://ffp.inreto.de/ffp/0.7/oabi/packages/ as a second feed under the Alt-f http address on the Alt-F package manager work?

No, you can use 'ipkg' from the command line.
Just *don't* use 'ipkg-cl'  from the command line. 'ipkg' is a sh script that calls 'ipkg-cl' after changing the way how aufs is notified on disk changes.

No, ffp doesn't use ipkg (I think)
