update curl to 7.45

Hello, is it possible to update curl from 7.22 to 7.45

I am encounter a lot of latence with pyload an 1fichier.com (cpu 100%)

In the past my dns-320 was chrooted with squeese and I encountered the same problem, but was solved with 7.45 (Cpu 30% with 3 simultaneus connections)
