For me, at least, there are a lot of coffees I don't care for - Kona
is probably the most well-known.
We kept trying to like the Ethiopian, trying various roasts, by itself
or blends with other coffees, but after having gone through about
2-1/2 lbs. of the stuff, we just don't want it in any form here. We
did try.
My current mission - and the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe was my first try -
is to find a single-source coffee to replace the "Six Bean Espresso"
that we currently blend, 1/3 of that and 2/3 Sumatra. I'm going to
try something from Central America next. I noticed that Whole Foods
sells a blend that's part Sumatra and part from a Central American
country that, at this moment, I don't remember.
