I use windows 10 and after the last update not only did Debut stop working for video, but 'Print Screen' will leave any video windows blank. But ripping from Hulu, while no video gets captured, the on screen info prompts do.
I updated my graphic drivers (nVidia 740GT) and it started working again. I closed the app and opened it again a few hours later and nothing.
The same happens with OBS or Screen Print.
So this is not a Debut issue. It is a Windows 10 issue. I am considering rolling back 3 weeks, as that config did allow it to work.
If anyone else has any new info, I'd like to know.
Professionalism is an important requirement of the McMaster Occupational Therapy Program. Graduates of the program that register with a regulatory college will be expected to demonstrate professional behaviours in practice. In preparation for licensure and in keeping with the standard of excellence required in our program, we expect applicants to the MSc(OT) program to conduct themselves in a professional manner throughout all phases of the application process. Any and all interactions throughout the admissions process, where applicants are engaged with Occupational Therapy program staff, faculty, students, and/or community volunteers may be taken into consideration in making admissions decisions. Admission may be denied to applicants who, amongst other critical determinants, behave in a manner that is considered below the level of professionalism expected of similarly situated candidates, regardless of their academic standing or interview performance.
The program may, in appropriate circumstances, defer or remove a student from a clinical practicum if the student, including but not limited to, fails to maintain communication with the program, exhibits behaviours that place clients or others at risk, or fails to comply with other academic or non-academic (e.g., obtain and receive clearance for mandatory health screening, mask fit testing, police records check etc.) requirements. Deficits in matters pertaining to work in clinical settings, research ethics, or professionalism may result in restrictions or termination of the work in a clinical practicum or research project. Unsatisfactory standing or deficits in matters pertaining to professionals skills, which include, but are not limited to: patient safety, professionalism, ethical behavior, and technical skills, as articulated in the Essential Competencies of Practice for Occupational Therapists in Canada and Occupational Therapy Standards of Practice (available at www.coto.org), may result in a decision to terminate the clinical placement or research project.
The United States Supreme Court has addressed this point, noting that "trial courts necessarily rely in large measure upon the good faith and good judgment of defense counsel." (Cuyler v. Sullivan (1980) 446 U.S. 335, 347 [64 L. Ed. 2d 333, 346, 100 S. Ct. 1708].) A criminal defense attorney " 'is in the best position professionally and ethically to determine when a conflict of interest exists or will probably develop in the course of a trial.' " (Holloway v. Arkansas (1978) 435 U.S. 475, 485 [55 L. Ed. 2d 426, 435, 98 S. Ct. 1173], quoting State v. Davis (1973) 110 Ariz. 29, 31 [514 P.2d 1025, 1027].) Demby's considered opinion that the lawsuit would not prevent his full and active representation of Hardy is thus a significant factor when determining whether an actual conflict existed.
Second, our examination of the contents of the court files in Hardy's federal lawsuits reveals that they had no legitimate legal basis, thus validating Demby's evaluation that the suits would not impair his ability to defend Hardy. In the first lawsuit, Hardy alleged that Bardsley and Demby engaged in unprofessional and unethical conduct. In addition, although the complaint mentions due process of law and the right to effective counsel, the allegations were stated in conclusory terms. The complaint was received by the district court on March 10, 1983, and dismissed for lack of federal jurisdiction on March 15, 1983. When Hardy sought to appeal in forma pauperis, the district court denied the motion, noting the proposed appeal was not taken in good faith (see 28 U.S.C. 1915(a)) and was frivolous (28 U.S.C. 753(f)). The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals denied Hardy's motion to file in forma [2 Cal. 4th 138] pauperis and eventually dismissed the appeal for failure to pay the docket fee to the district court. (U.S. Cir. Ct. Rules (9th Cir.), former rule 19(b).)
The average cost to install a new water heater is around $1,300, but you can expect to pay between $875 and $1,750, depending on the kind of water heater, the size of the unit, and the professional chosen to complete the work. Tankless water heaters can push your price higher, as installation is more complicated, with prices as high as $3,500. The location and accessibility of your water heater will play a role in the project cost, as those sitting in tight spaces like a crawl space will drive up your labor costs.
It usually takes a professional water heater installer between two and three hours to remove an existing water heater and install a new tank heater. However, it could take four to five hours if they have to work in a small utility closet or another tight area, like a crawl space. Tankless water heaters have a more complicated installation process, so they will take a bit longer. Additionally, a gas water heater requires a connection to a gas line, and that alone can add about an hour to the installation timeline compared to installing an electric water heater.
