Publish or Perish is a software program that retrieves and analyzes academic citations. It uses a variety of data sources to obtain the raw citations, then analyzes these and presents a range of citation metrics, including the number of papers, total citations and the h-index.
The results are available on-screen and can also be copied to the Windows or macOS clipboard (for pasting into other applications) or saved to a variety of output formats (for future reference or further analysis). Publish or Perish includes a detailed help file with search tips and additional information about the citation metrics.
Are you applying for tenure, promotion or a new job? Do you need to prepare for your performance appraisal? Publish or Perish is designed to help individual academics to present their case for research impact to its best advantage, even if you have very few citations.
You can also use Publish or Perish to decide which journals to submit to, to prepare for a job interview, to conduct a literature review, to do bibliometric research, to write laudatios or obituaries, or to do some homework before meeting your academic hero. Publish or Perish is a real Swiss army knife.
The Publish or Perish software is available as Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS applications; the Windows version can also be installed and used on GNU/Linux computers with the aid of a suitable emulator such as CrossOver Linux or Wine.
The development of the Publish or Perish software is a volunteering effort that has been ongoing since 2006. Download and use of Publish or Perish is and will remain free (gratis), but your support toward the costs of hosting, bandwidth, and software development are appreciated. Your support helps further development of Publish or Perish for new data sources and additional features.

As per my understanding, if this allows you to publish from registered data sources then ArcGIS Server is working perfectly fine. That leaves two other components i.e. Portal for ArcGIS and ArcGIS DataStore which are to involved in this publishing process. Hence, I would like to take an approach on them. In order to understand that these components are working fine, if possible can you try the following and share the results
If none of the above helps to narrow down, try switching the ArcGIS Server log level to "DEBUG" (Please be aware that these are detailed logs and cause increased disk consumption. It's recommended that you don't use this level in a production environment; it may cause a decrease in performance.) and share them here for me to have a look.
Thanks for the ideas Archit, I have attempted the steps you have described with an ESRI Support tech and have yet to find a solution to the problem. I am actually upgrading from an Enterprise Standard Agreement to an Enterprise License Agreement, and once that is completed I will come back to this problem.
The error was a much larger problem than anticipated that actually required a full re-instillation from scratch of a whole new Enterprise. But something that did work for us was to go into the Server Machine and re-configure the 'Configure ArcGIS Server Account' tool
Welcome to our Community and to the Zoom Developer Forum, I am happy to help here!
So, basically you will have to create a brand new app since you can not change the Intend to Publish selection at all.
I am unable to see the remove app option for SDK, Is there any condition or requirement when I will able to see the option. As I am also sharing the image link. for the same because unable to attach the image so sharing you the link.
Hi @meetings
Thanks for your patience! I was able to reach out to the Marketplace team and they have confirmed that unfortunately there is not a way to change the Intend to publish Yes to No, only the other way around.
But I will go ahead and reach out to the proper team so they are aware of this behavior .
Thanks a lot
Elisa
HI @pc23pankaj
Thanks for your patience while I worked on this issue. As I mentioned to @meetings, I have confirmed with our Engineering team that as for right now we can not change the Intend to publish from Yes to No, it can only be changed from No to Yes.
I will engage with the team and update you shortly to make sure we can fix this on our end.
Best,
Elisa
Hi @Uhliber
Thanks for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum and welcome to our community, I am happy to help here!
Unfortunately, I do not have any updates on this. Still, you can use your application even if you do not want to publish it in the Marketplace because the intend to publish does not affect its functionality.
Best,
Elisa
Hi @ublatif1000
Interesting. As far as I know you should be able to test it even without the technical design document.
If you look in the Local Test tab, you should be able to add the app locally.
Welcome to the Zoom Developer Forum. Can you share more details about what you are looking to accomplish and the current blocker you facing? Specifically, what are you trying to change and what Marketplace App type are you using?
The Meeting SDK App is issued an account-level SDK Key, so deleting it from the backend can be problematic. However, you can deactivate a Meeting SDK app. Alternatively, if you are looking to prevent any existing credentials from being usable, you can regenerate the SDK Secret.
I am having an issue updating an existing survey. Below are the 3 items I changed. Not sure why it is not publishing. I have not added any new fields or choices. Hoping that someone can shed some light on this. I just finished creating several maps, apps, and a dashboard the pulls from this forms feature service and I would hate to have to recreate all of that to make these simple changes. I have attached both the working form and the modified form that won't publish.
It's actually not given me an error yet. The longest I've let it go is about 15 minutes. It just sits there and churns and never finishes. I'm going to try it again for at least an hour and see if it will eventually give me an error.
I'm thinking i did move the form and service to a different folder. Looking at my content it looks like i moved it from the folder that was automatically generated when i originally published it. Attached is the error log which seems to verify this.
I think you are absolutely correct. I moved mine and deleted the original folder and now it won't publish. So what is the solution for this? I can't remember the name of the old folder or I would recreate it. I did this once before, forgetting that if I move it I won't publish. When I moved it back it worked again. But now I am a bit screwed because I deleted the original folder.
I know this is an old post but, anyway, I somehow deleted my service definition when I moved the form to another folder. So to fix it I opened Survey123 Connect and downloaded the form, of course it reverted back, but then I made the changes again and then it published. I hope this helps someone.
I am trying to update and re-publish an existing zap. I can't seem to get rid of the (has draft) notification on my Zap list. When I have been able to get to the place where the 'Publish' button is activated (it looks greyed out even when activated BTW) it says it will publish, then turn on the Zap ... but it doesn't. It says the modified Zap is published successfully but the (has draft) is still there, and the zap isn't turned on. What gives?
Hello,
I have the same issue and cant publish a draft - the Zap has worded for ages but suddenly stoped working - so thought I would update this but now its changed and it wants me to publish the draft but its greyed out?
