Released a GitHub action to output state transition diagrams from ALPS profiles

Hi,

Our team in Tokyo has released a GitHub action version of app-state-diagram that generates application diagram documentation from the ALPS profile.

You can find it at https://github.com/marketplace/actions/app-state-diagram

Every time an ALPS profile file is committed on GitHub, a diagram and documentation are generated and published to the gh-pages branch.

Using this action is easy, just click on "Use this template" in alps-skeleton to get started.

app-state-diagram 0.9.0 has been released.

This release makes it much easier to install and use. In addition, we have added support for Markdown output
