Here’s all the information you need to know for Alpine Days this week - -

 

REQUIRED ACTIVITIES WHERE ATTENDANCE WILL BE TAKEN

Friday – Water Games  11:15-2:00 

You are also required to either set up before water games at 9:00 (meet at city hall) or help clean up when it’s over at 2:00 (haul everything back to city hall).  If you haven’t signed up for set up or take down, or if you can’t remember what time you signed up, you need to contact Jacob Rainsdon.  Wear your AYC t-shirt.  We will have pizza and drinks for you at 11:15.

 

Saturday  – Parade  

At water games we will let you know what time and where we are meeting for the parade.  Wear your new Alpine Days green t-shirt (Chris will hand them out during the week as she sees you or on Friday at Water Games)  Wear flippers, goggles, inner tube, water wings, snorkel, etc.  Bring water guns to squirt people along the parade route.  We will have bouncy balls to throw out.

 

OTHER ACTIVITIES

If you have any questions about the times you signed up for the Coke trailer (movie night, pet show, water games, Saturday park, or rodeos) contact Brooke James.

 

If you have any questions about the times you signed up for Alpine’s Got Talent, 3v3 soccer, or 3v3 basketball, contact Ashley Tracy.

 

Flags on Main Street – If you need a reminder of your signup day or time, contact Dallin Merrill.

Sorry about the late notice on our meeting, but I was finalizing the information for the Parade, Water Games, and extra events.

We need everyone to be to EVERYTHING you've signed up for. Flags are especially important: Please remember that you meet at 7am, for set-up, and 8pm for take-down. DON'T FORGET TO COME FOR TAKE-DOWN!!!

Meet at 9am along Main Street. The official location is coming, and we'll tell you at Water Games. We'll give you your new Alpine City Shirts, but you need to come with floaties, swimming suits, beach clothing, water guns, etc.
