Hey everyone!

Just a reminder that Alpine Days are coming up! We all need to be ready and sign up for the event that we want. Attached is the Agenda from our last meeting, and you need to be sure you know what you're signed up for. 

Make sure you go to the Flag Assignments you have, as well as the Coke Trailer. We need you to be ON TIME AND EARLY for these!

​Make sure that you all know what you're signed up to help out with, and just a reminder, EVERYONE needs to attend our Water Games event. It is a required event for ALL youth council members. You can either sign up for set-up or take-down, but you need to be there.  If you haven't signed up yet, please contact Jacob Rainsdon for Water Games. 

If you need to sign up for any other events throughout the week, please contact Brooke James. 

Let us know if you have any conflicts, and PLEASE make sure you're on top of things this week.
