pilotfish model viewer gives 503 service unavailable

is anybody aware of service issues with pilotfish ota model viewer or how long there have been issues? at the moment https://modelviewers.pilotfishtechnology.com/modelviewers/OTA/

returns 503 service unavailable. on pilotfishtechnology.com there is no mention of any issues/downtimes.
