Conrad, Monica, Matt and Evan -

You've either emailed me or others have to let me know that you won't be able to attend the regularly scheduled Intermediate Ropes and Anchors field trip coming up January 11 & 12.  Group scheduling is a challenge so I read through your emails and put together a Doodle Poll for you to let me (and others) know what timing does work for you.  I put together a weeknight refresher for this field trip last year in the basement of the Clubhouse which went well so expect to do the same again.  It appears the basement is open for the times I proposed but I will confirm once we have time nailed down.

One of you is only available one weekend in January and another not till after the 13th so I proposed three Wednesday nights starting January 15 and the one Sunday that doesn't have any previously identified conflicts.  Please take a few minutes to go to the link below and let me know what timing works for you.  My preference is for one of the Wednesday evenings.

Stan, Rich & Vik - I'm copying you FYI.  Any or none of you are welcome to attend.  If there are others who need to do a make-up session, please let me know.  If it gets to be eight, I'll need to recruit an additional instructor and re-evaluate venue. 

Mike - I copied you as you are new to our mentor group and not sure what your schedule / status is.
