I could definitely use more practice building anchors. Maybe we could get out and practice as a group?-Oleg

Thanks Vik. This will be much easier than surfing around on the MTNRS site looking for teaching opportunities. A few of us helped out the other night for the knots and belay class. I am not feeling overwhelmed but there may be a few in our group that is. I welcome any and all opportunities to learn. Steve

Hi all,
If you are keen to get on with your Intermediate requirements, you might want to start locking in time on you calendar to help teach at basic field trips (and Nav, AFA, etc.). You will also keep your skills fresh and learn a bunch by doing so!
Attached is the current Seattle basic climbing class snow overnight and rock outing schedule which Leah said I could pass on to other intermediates. Go to the "Field Trip" tab to find a field trip, date, and sig leader you might like to work with and then go to the "SIG Leaders and Contact info" tab to get their email info to reach out.
Also if there are any folks who are wanting additional simulated practice at the clubhouse on anything from your ropes and anchors FT, send me, Brian, and Rich a note and we can try to coordinate somet
