Hope this email finds you all doing well. 

With our biggest event of the year only a few days away, we need to start executing  OUR marketing strategies.  I will personally print out 100 flyers and post them all around Baruch Monday morning. We need to make sure we a full house on Thursday.  If anyone wants to join me please shoot me a text (3474418557).  You must bring your own flyers, the more the better.  

I have also shared with all of you a GDOC that needs to be completed by Monday  night, please state your availability, as we will assign responsibilities accordingly.
