Hi,

First of all, thanks for creating alore. Python is good, but perhaps
for bug avoid, we need fixing types and now it's not possible. Alore
does.

Secondly, I want to know if there is a possibility of using python (2
or 3) libraries. If it's, we have a bunch of libraries avaliable.

Ah!, is there any "success stories" of users of alore?

Thanks in advance,
Xan.

PS: Please, CCme

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback.

Such functionality is not available at the moment (other than by
manually writing wrappers using the Alore C API), but it is something
that would certainly be very useful. I have actually started work on a
prototype of an Alore-Python bridge, but it is in a very early stage
and I can't say when it will be usable.

The most complex piece of software written in Alore is probably the
Alore type checker (the source code is included in the Alore
distribution).

Nice to meet you. Really the optional type explicitily set is the
fault of python.
I'm very glad about alore: it's simple like python but with strong
(oiptional) typing.

Please, when it's done, please say to me. I think it's a "key".
Overall if you support also python 3. Eventually all python 2
libraries will be ported to python 3.

I refered to "real projects" ;-)
