STRATEGIC DECISIONS EFFECT IN THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT EVALUATION (survey)

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله و بركاته ،،،

 تعتبر إدارة عمليات المشروع  والجهود المبذولة  في سبيل إنجاحها هي استراتيجية رئيسية لتحقيق المزيد من الكفاءة  وزيادة القدرة التنافسية في معظم البيئات الصناعية اليوم لا سيما في قطاع البناء والتشييد نظرا للطبيعة الجوهرية لعملياتها. هذه الدراسة لمناقشة الاعتبارات الرئيسية لاختيار أفضل ممارسات صنع القرار في إدارة المشاريع والاتجاهات الحالية في بيئات الحوسبة لإدارة المشاريع في قطاع البناء.

تهدف الدراسة إلى جمع المعلومات التي يمكن استخدامها كوسيلة لاتخاذ القرارات عن طريق استخدام بعض الأدوات في إدارة المشروع والتي تعمل على تلبية إحتياجات الشركات والمؤسسات او اي منظمة لها علاقة في مجال البناء والتشييد. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك سوف تساعد الدراسة أيضا بأن تكون مرجعا لتقييم المعايير والاعتبارات الواردة في هذا الاختيار علما بأنها متطلب لاستكمال درجة الماجستير في ادراة المشروعات في جامعة الدمام بكلية العمارة و التخطيط قسم علوم و تقنية البناء. و من المتوقع أن تستغرق تعبئة الإستبيان حوالي 15 دقيقة من وقتك.

Improving efficiency of processes in both project management and operations is a key strategy to achieve greater efficiency and turnover with increasing competitiveness in most industrial settings today. This is particularly true in the construction sector due to the intrinsic nature of its operations. This investigation is to discuss the main considerations for selecting the best decision-making practices of project management and current trends in computing environments to manage projects in the construction industry. This survey aims to collect information for the device expert system that can be used as methods to taking decisions by using selected tools in project management (PM) that address as the needs of individual businesses and budgets. In addition, it will also assist as a reference for evaluating the criteria and considerations in this area. This survey is a requirements for the MASTER degree In the Department of Building Science Technology. this survey expected to take less than 15 minutes of your time.
