Salaamu alaykum Aishah,
Can you please assign certain ppl to get permission from the respective centers for the tables. For instance, someone will need to get permission to set up tables at MAS. Also, are we bringing our own tables or will we need to use one from the center?

I assumed we already had permission. No problem, I will assign "getting permissions" inshaAllah. Of course, anyone reading this and would not mind doing so, please get back to us. ;)
We should probably ask to use tables at ICC and MAS and we have a small white fold-able table at our home that we can use for ISGC, if there isn't a table available there.
Please feel free to send us any other concerns!

As-Salaamu Alaikum,
The following are in charge of picking up supplies from Sherif or Marwa. (Sherif will have the supplies for MAS.)
Abdallah M. - for ISGC
Raniah S - for ICC.
Each of you will be picking up two crates, one for the men's side and the other for the women's side. Please make sure to pass along the other box to your team in charge of that masjid.
Balloons will need to be picked up on your way from the MAS Center before Jumaa.
If this will be a problem or there is a conflict in your schedule, please contact me as soon as possible!

Just a correction, there will be one box per masjid that contains supplies for both the brother's and sister's side inshaAllah.
