Basic Requirements:

1.   Good written and oral communication and Analytical Skills.
2.   Knowledge and interest in WWW, Internet/ Social Networks, Online Advertising (Display vs Search Ads) and how they work.
3.   Proven analytic ability and willingness to proactively make  informed decisions based inferences from analysis.
4.   Good communication skills: both written and verbal.
5.   Team Player with a great, positive attitude.
6.   Ability to work on multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
7.   Must be organized and possess great attention to detail.
8.   Willingness to work in Night shifts.

Below are Must:-

1. Strong communication absolute must - not just English - ability to comprehend and clearly communicate ideas in a structured manner
2. Knowledge of web technologies, Html, Javascript, etc.
3. Technical Troubleshooting, bug fixing, problem solving etc
