Merging alluxio-dev mail list with alluxio-users

Hi Alluxio developers,

To answer development-related Alluxio questions in a timely manner,

we plan to merge this mailing list with the user mailing list at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/alluxio-users .

We plan to depreciate this mailing list in the next 6 months.

So questions asked here will be replied with alluxi...@googlegroups.com cc'ed.

After 6 month, we will stop serving this mailing list.
