Alluxio 1.6.1 Release

Dear all,

We are happy to announce Alluxio version 1.6.1, a maintenance release containing several important bug fixes. The release addresses the following issues:

• Avoid unnecessary read when closing a file with partial caching on (detail)
  
• Fix issue where slow DNS resolution could cause worker startup to fail (detail)
  
• Improve data distribution when using DeterministicHashPolicy (detail)
  
• Fix NullPointerException when GCS storage owner is null (detail)
  
• Reduce log level of innocuous S3 warning (detail)
