Alluxio impersonation for hdfs

Hi guys, 

can someone explain if  Alluxio supports user impersonation ? Example:

I submitted a spark Job on a secure cluster with the username  J...@EXAMPLE.COM

on some stage the Spark job creates a file im Alluxio. Who will be the owner of the file ? Jan or the username running Alluxio service ?

Hi Jorge,

Are you using Yarn in your environment? Is Alluxio a single node deployment or on a cluster?

The owner of the HDFS created by Alluxio, will be the Kerberos ticket cache user ("klist" result on the Alluxio servers).

Alluxio service does not support impersonation to HDFS yet.
