தீபாவளிக்கு, அயலூர் விருந்தினர்  பலரும் வந்தனர்  ,

அன்று இரவு, என் பழைய பாடல்  சேமிப்புகளை கொஞ்சம்கேட்ட

 பின் தூங்க போய் விட்டனர் 

 

அவர்கள் விடைபெற்று  போகும்போது,  அவர்களுக்கு  ஒரு

அந்த பழைய பாடல்களின்  ஒரு சிடி copy வேண்டுமென்று 

கேட்டனர் ,நானும் மகிழ்வோடு  அவ்வாறே உதவி செய்தேன்.

 

பழைய தமிழ் பாடல்களுக்கு புதிய இளம் வேற்று  இன  ரசிகர்கலேன்று நினைத்தேன்

 

அவர்கள் இரவில் தூங்க போகும்போது மட்டுமே   கேட்பதாக

சொன்னபோது தான் புரிந்தது, அவர்களுக்கு அது அவர்களை தாலாட்டும் பாடல்களாக இருந்தது  என்று.

 

எல்லாம் சமிபத்தில் தாஜுதீன்  கொடுத்த 50's /60's பாடல்கள் தான்   அவை.

First of all with great pleasure I would like appreciate your effort, accountability and capability as well as your liability in the preliminary preparation of the Malay translation.

 I think it's my duty and obligation to put forward my observation about the translation  to the open forum.

I would like to refer the above in Tamil, is this what we accept as noble and titular Tamil? My friend explained to me that this as low class Tamil only used by people with low mentality  Keep your jokes aside, please be real and  serious in writing. Use proper Tamil in cracking jokes. This is not a platform to crack jokes with this type of language. Use good and quality language which carries the majesty of our Tamil language. Even though I am not well versed in Tamil language it's one of my  Tamil is mother tongue

Even the Malay translation too was with lots of mistakes.Seems it was prepared in a hurry.
what ever program done in a hurry and in urge will end with tons of mistakes. Slow and steady will win the race. Please have a patience and forbearance will results in good and quality ending. Please get somebody to correct all the mistakes in the translation before being approved. Of course the  Malay friend of Taj Anna will discontent.

Don't get annoyed, next time do something with tolerance and endurance to achieve a successful accomplishment and attainment.

உள்ளனவே! Cockney என்று சொல்லப்படும் (நமது சென்னை செந்தமிழழைப் போலவே
ஆங்கிலத்தில்) ஆங்கில வட்டாரச் சொற்கள் லண்டனில் மிகப் பிரபலமாயிற்றே!

பல தரப்பட்ட மக்களுக்கும் புரியும் வகையில் எழுதுவதில் என்ன தவறு
இருக்கிறது. திருக்குறளை இவ்வளவு போற்றும் நமக்குள் எத்தனை பேருக்கு உரை
இல்லாமல் குறள்கள் விளங்கும்?

கற்க கசடறக் கற்றவை கற்றபின்
நிற்க அதற்குத் தக

என்றால் எவ்வளவு பேருக்கு புரியுமோ அதைவிட 100 மடங்கு மக்களுக்கு
கீழ்க்கண்டவாறு எழுதினால் புரியும்:

படிக்கறதை ஒய்ங்கா படி அப்பாலே
பட்ச்சத கடை பிடி

இவ்வாறு அனைவருக்கும் விளங்கும் வகையில் எழுதினால் அது low-class என்றால்
நான் low-classஆகவே இருக்க விரும்பிகிறேன். நான் அறிந்த வரையில் இதனால்
வள்ளுவருக்கோ அல்லது தமிழ் மொழிக்கோ அல்லது பெரும்பாலான மக்களுக்கோ இதன்
மூலம் எந்த இழுக்கும் ஏற்பட வாய்ப்பில்லை. அவர் கருத்துக்களை மக்களிடம்
கொண்டு சேர்க்க இருக்கும் பல வழிகளில் இவ்வாறு எழுதுவதும் ஒன்று.
மாறாக தமிழ் மக்களையோ அல்லது மொழியையோ low-class என்று சித்தரிப்பதுதான்
அதைக் கூறியவரையும் சேர்த்து அனைவரும் வெட்கப்பட வேண்டிய ஒன்று.
வரிக்கு வரி பல தவறுகளோடு ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதும் high-class
உறுப்பினர்களைத் தவிர வேறு யாரும் தேவையில்லை, அதிலும் முக்கியமாக so-
called Low-class மக்கள் இந்த குழுவுக்கு தேவையே இல்லை என்றால் அதை
தெளிவுபடுத்திவிடலாம். நான் விலகத் தயார்.
