So far I have received only data from 20 associates, this is the benefit which will cover medical Insurance for yourself & Immediate family
Please do not ignore, last date of receiving data is 25.08.2013.
Any information after this will not be considered & will consider for benefit after 1 year for covering Insurance.
Hence please take your 5 minutes of time to send this data.
