Please see the attached community meeting notice for the 17-23 Greylock Road proposal undergoing Small Project Review pursuant to Article 80 of the Boston Zoning Code.  Greylock Glenville LLC (the “Proponent”) intends to construct twenty (20) residential units and twenty (20) parking spaces on a 20,780 parcel of land that is currently occupied by three (3) residential dwellings that have a total of eighteen (18) bedrooms (the “Proposed Project”).  Proponent has made subtle changes and produced more detailed renderings for the proposal.

Regards,

Jay

Jay -- this Article 80 community meeting has been scheduled for December 3, the first Thursday in December.

For many years now, the Brighton-Allston Improvement Association has been meeting on the first Thursday of every month — so there is a conflict, and it means that the BAIA members and our A-B Liaison from the Mayor’s Office won’t be able to attend.

The meeting has been already advertised in the paper, so I don’t expect that you will change the date — but from now on, could the BRA please NOT schedule public meetings in A-B on the first Thursday of the month?

Regards,

Eva Webster
