View this email in your browser BCNC Newsletter - Spring 2026   Allston Brighton-Boston College Community Fund $3,000 Grant Application  Spring 2026   The application for the $3,000 Grant for the Spring 2026 cycle of the Allston Brighton-Boston College Community Fund will be available on Friday, April 10, 2026 at www.bc.edu/neighborhood. The deadline is Wednesday, May 13, 2026 by 5:00pm.   There will be a virtual information session on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 12:00 noon for new and/or returning organizations to learn and ask questions about the community fund grant process. To register for this info session, click the link to fill out the registration form or visit our website at www.bc.edu/neighborhood.     For questions please email bcneighbor...@gmail.com.    Collaborating in Conflict: The Yeats Family and the Public Arts Free Sunday Docent Tours of Collaborating in Conflict Every Sunday through May 2026 2:00–3:00 pm Meets in Museum Atrium Free; open to the public Examining the extraordinary impact the talented Yeats family had on cultural life and the public arts in Ireland during a century crucial to its history, the exhibition features over two hundred works from premier public and private collections. Paintings, drawings, prints, embroideries, books, and letters by patriarch John Butler Yeats and his children William, Lily, Elizabeth, and Jack, as well as William’s daughter, Anne, highlight examples of individual artistry. They also demonstrate how the Yeats family’s artistic expression was varied and deeply collaborative. In illustrated poetry, set designs, embroideries for home and liturgical use, printed broadsides, paintings, sketchbooks, and other media, the siblings drew upon each others’ acumen.
