Faneuil Gardens Joint Impact Advisory Group & Public Meeting

The Planning Department is hosting a virtual joint Impact Advisory Group (IAG) and Public Meeting for the proposed Faneuil Gardens redevelopment in Brighton. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the 121A Master Plan and Project Notification Form (PNF) that were filed and their potential impacts, as well as the proposed tree removal plan and it's impact on the proposed project. The meeting will include a presentation followed by questions and comments from the IAG and public.
Faneuil Gardens is a redevelopment of an existing public housing community. Along with replacement units for all current public housing apartments, the intent is to add new income-restricted units, resident amenity space, and potential commercial/cultural spaces.
