At 8 AM the Supreme Judicial Court announces what decisions will be handed down at 10 AM on its “New Opinions” webpage, and today that decision is Emerald Necklace Conservancy, Inc. v. City of Boston (SJC 13865), better known as the White Stadium lawsuit.

BPI will have analysis once the decision is handed down. According to this morning’s MASSterlist newsletter from SHNS, Mayor Wu is holding a press conference today at 1 PM at City Hall, so look for comments from her about the decision at that event.
