Our team at ABHC has been building a live, 24/7 map of air quality across Allston-Brighton—and now we want to teach the community how to use it.
Our upcoming "Know Your Air Quality" workshop will show folks how to access and understand air quality data gathered by community members participating in our air quality study. With this info, residents and families can stay informed about local air quality and make safer choices in their own homes (important for us, since AB hosts the Mass Pike, a huge source of air pollution)! This workshop is free and open to the public. It will follow a lecture and Q&A format, with refreshments and Spanish interpretation included.
When: Wednesday, Mar 25, 6–7:30 PM
Where: Josephine A. Fiorentino Community Center, 123 Antwerp St, Brighton, MA 02135
Eventbrite Link (registration not required, but appreciated): https://bit.ly/4sjGijzI've also attached English and Spanish flyers (PDFs for printing, PNGs for digital sharing)—please spread the word if you can!
Thanks so much.
