The following project description has been provided by the development team:
The Phase B Project will consist of approximately 720,000 sf of laboratory/R&D and office uses and approximately 320,000 sf of residential uses, with a mixture of ground floor retail and community uses. Additionally, Phase B is proposed to include above-grade
and below-grade parking spaces to support the Phase B Project and parking spaces granted as part of the Phase A Project Approvals.
The proposed project represents the second phase of development within the area identified within the
Harvard
Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) Master Plan.
