On Thursday, January 20, 2011 at the request of the chairman of the Harvard Allston Task Force, a public meeting will be held to discuss Harvard University’s Innovation Lab project proposed to be housed in the existing building at 125 Western Avenue in Allston (the former WGBH building).  The first part of the meeting will serve as a standard BRA Article 80 public meeting to provide residents an opportunity to learn about the proposal and to ask questions about the project and the review process.  This will be followed by a formal convening of the Harvard Allston Task Force to allow an opportunity for the Task Force to further discuss the proposal and provide additional feedback to the BRA and Harvard.

 

The meeting will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. in Room 102 of Cumnock Hall, right behind Spangler Hall on the Harvard Business School campus.  Below is a link to a map of the campus:

Additional information on parking will be provided prior to the meeting.

Attached please find an electronic version of the filing.  Hard copies of the IMPNF and the current, approved IMP may be viewed in the office of the Secretary of the BRA, Room 910, Boston City Hall, Boston, MA 02201, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays.  Copies of the IMPNF are also available for viewing at the Honan-Allston Branch Library, 300 North Harvard Street, (open Monday 12-8, Tuesday 10-6, Wednesday 12-8, Thursday 10-6, Friday & Saturday 9-5).
