Linked below for your review is an electronic copy of the Institutional Master Plan Notification Form (IMPNF) for the proposed Boston College IMP Renewal With No Changes 2025-2029 located in Brighton which was received on October 10, 2025.

The filing kicks off the public review process for the proposed plan. Notice of upcoming public meetings will be posted on the plan website and sent out as soon as possible.

The following description has been provided by the institution:

Boston College has filed a four year extension and renewal, for 2025-2029, of their Institutional Master Plan, originally approved in 2009. No changes are proposed in the IMP.

The public is encouraged to submit comments about the proposed plan. The current comment period will be open through November 24, 2025, and can be extended if necessary. After the conclusion of the comment period, staff of the Planning Department will review feedback and determine next steps. Proposed projects and plans often go through multiple rounds of review. Once this process concludes, staff of the Planning Department will make a recommendation to the BPDA Board, which will consider the project at a monthly Board meeting.
