Public Comment Period Available for Draft Amendment to Boston Cannabis Board Rules and Regulations 

The Boston Cannabis Board (the “BCB”) will hold a public comment period regarding a draft amendment to its rules and regulations (the “Draft Amendment”) beginning Wednesday, May 12, at 8 a.m. and ending on Monday, June 14, at 11:59 p.m. 

Public comment may be submitted via email to cannab...@boston.gov, in writing directed to the Boston Cannabis Board, One City Hall Square, Room 809, Boston, MA 02201. You can view the proposed amendment below: 

Proposed Amendment: Section 3.09: Delivery: No Licensee in the City of Boston including but not limited to recreational cannabis dispensaries, manufacturers, and cultivators, may engage in the delivery of recreational cannabis including through a licensed courier or delivery operator, without the express written permission of the BCB.
