The following project description has been provided by the development team:
The proposed Project includes the demolition of the existing structures and construction of a multifamily building including approximately 316 units with a mix of unit sizes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. The Project’s proposed building includes
varied heights and massing, ground floor activated uses, landscaped open space, accessory parking, and amenities and services for building residents.
The public is encouraged to submit comments about the
proposed project. The current comment period will be open through October 13 2023, and can be extended if necessary. After the conclusion of the comment period, BPDA staff will review feedback and determine next steps. Proposed projects often go through
multiple rounds of review. For any questions or concerns related to the comment period, please reach out to the Project Manager below.
