ASLC: Shhh…It’s a Surprise! ($10 for 10)

Dear Members and Friends of All Saints Lutheran Church,

The ASLC Congregation Council is asking you to join us in recognizing the 10th Anniversary of Pastor Amanda’s Ordination on September 17, 2023. We will have a short presentation and cupcakes at our potluck as a way to celebrate her ministry.

For those who would like to contribute to a cash gift that will be presented to her, we invite you to consider a “$10 for 10 years” donation. 

Contributions may be made on Sundays through the start of worship on 9/17; two cards are also available for you to sign, and they are housed in a blue folder. See Kim Watson or another council member. (Please note: Pastor Amanda will be on leave Sunday, 9/10, so that may be an opportune time to donate.) Of course, you may also share your individual cards and well-wishes.

Pastor Amanda Nesvold was ordained to the Roster of Word and Sacrament in the ELCA on September 7, 2013; she earned her Master of Divinity degree from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia earlier that year.

All Saints has been so blessed with Pastor Amanda’s many gifts during her interim ministry to date. Her preaching is powerful, her energy is palatable, her care is pleasant, and her organizational thinking is practical. And, Jasper is a plus!
