Dear All,
I pray for each of you fervently. As we continue in faith, there are practicalities that call for our focused attention.
Last Sunday, I mentioned that if anyone has a shredder, please bring it tomorrow Saturday between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm so that we may shred sensitive documents that are no longer useful. I will spring for the pizza at lunch time.
Resurrection Sunday will be here before you know it. I'll need help with planning Maundy Thursday, Good Friday and finally Easter Sunday. It is time to resurrect the worship team.
The Action Bibles for the children have arrived, I ordered 11 and will distribute them on Sunday.
Now the good news and the not so good news:
Sheila Chavis-Shepard is getting married. I will officiate a small, private ceremony on March 25 at 3pm in the sanctuary.
Last night, Kay Schwandt claimed the full promises of her baptism. A funeral service with communion is being planned. Details to follow. We will need the help of the choir, DST and ushers. Please pray for Kay's daughter Kim along with the rest of her family. May Kay rest in peace and rise in Glory.
Many thanks to all of you who work tirelessly that we may worship in the beauty of holiness.
Email or call with any questions.
