Reminder: Catechumen Meetings This Sunday and Next

Dear Catechumens,

Greetings from Arkansas! I hope this email finds you well.

This is a reminder about our upcoming catechumen meetings following Divine Liturgy.

Catechumens who were made catechumens on or after September 14, 2025 are asked to meet with me in the nave this Sunday, June 14, at 12:30 p.m. During this meeting, I will introduce each of you to an Orthodox couple from our parish who has agreed to serve as a point of contact for you--mentors, even. The goal is simply to ensure that you have someone you can turn to for practical questions, general guidance, or help navigating parish life.

Catechumens who were made catechumens on September 14, 2025, or before are asked to meet with me in the nave on Sunday, June 21, at 12:30 p.m. During that meeting, we will discuss how to prepare for reception into the Orthodox Church and review some of the practical and spiritual steps that lie ahead.

yes, I'm asking those made on September 14th to come to both!
