Suspicious call/text reference PLC

Good morning! Just wanted to check with everyone and see if they recognize this phone number (9197406945). On Monday (3 times in a row) I received a FaceTime call while I was at work. I didn’t recognize the number and I didn’t answer. However this morning I received a text message from the same number saying I tried to call them three times on Monday (which is not true). What bothers me is they referenced that they’re in Germany at the moment and they hope I’m looking forward to it the PLC. If you recognize the number please let me and I will relax but if not I am concerned about this.

Thanks everyone. Appears to be Dolores Byzeks mobile and she is away. Our only concern is maybe there still is a hack since I never called her and she never called me. Thank you for all your assistance. I was hoping it was a known number.
