Upcoming Catechumen Meetings

Dear Catechumens,

I hope this email finds you well.

As our catechumenate continues to grow, we are looking for ways to better support and serve you during your journey into the Orthodox Church. To that end, I need to meet with two different groups of catechumens on separate Sundays in June.

Catechumens who were made catechumens on or after September 14, 2025 are asked to meet with me in the nave on Sunday, June 14, at 12:30 p.m. During this brief meeting, I will introduce each of you to an Orthodox couple from our parish who has agreed to serve as a point of contact for you. The goal is simply to ensure that you have someone you can turn to for practical questions, general guidance, or help navigating parish life.

Catechumens who were made catechumens on September 14, 2025, or before are asked to meet with me in the nave on Sunday, June 21, at 12:30 p.m. During this meeting, we will discuss how to prepare for reception into the Orthodox Church and review some of the practical and spiritual steps that lie ahead.
