Enid's Crab-Shrimp & Pea Salad
Categories: Salad, Seafood, Cheese, Southern, Dixie, Side dish
Yield: 8 servings
3 ea 8-oz. cans sweet peas
6 oz crab meat
8 oz Shrimp peeled & deveined
2 ea Hard-boiled eggs
3/4 lb Cheddar cheese cubed 1/2"
6 ea Green onions
1/3 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Dijon mustard
1 tb Celery seed
Drain & rinse peas.
Pour into a bowl.
Drain crab meat then flake into bowl.
Chop shrimp then add to bowl.
Peel then chop your eggs then add to bowl.
Add cheese cubes to bowl.
Chop green onions then add to bowl.
Gently mix ingredients then add mayonnaise, mustard & celery seeds.
Mix again then cover & chill overnight.
