Will all papers from ARBUHUM2016 be automatically published in your journal?

Dear Prof. Nalwa

My name is Rungsun. I am a PhD student in Thailand.
I found that you mentioned here about some conferences falsely promise the publication of their research papers in your journal. However, it is not very clear to me whether this kind of promising still be possible for some specific conferences or it is totally impossible for all conferences.

As a result, may I specifically verify the following claim with you whether it is accurate or not?

I found that the ARBUHUM2016 conference has the following claim in their web site here.

"ALL ACCEPTED PAPERS WILL BE INCLUDED IN ADVANCED SCIENCE LETTERS"

Is this accurate? Does it mean ALL accepted papers will automatically be published in your journals? Will there any further review process which cause some these paper to be rejected from your journal?
