I have the same problem.
I have turned off my bullguard firewall and windows firewall.
I have checked many times that the ip and the port is correct in my
iphone Safari browser.
I also tried opening the ports in my router.
I checked everything on the connection problem page.
The Ctrl+Shift+D info is:

Im running on Windows 7 64 bit.
Im not sure what more info to give. I really hope you can help out :)
