Regular PHP uploads are already easy, why do you need the framework to help you with that?

Anyway, you can always use an external library to help you with that. Take a look:

Alloy does not have a package specifically for uploads, but as Eber has said - there are other packages for it that you can easily integrate into Alloy if you want.
