Hello,
I am running a brief Introduction to Permaculture course on Sat 31 Jan, 10 am to 1 pm (plus lunch to share afterwards).
We'll cover permaculture ethics, design principles and process, and how we can use these to design our lives to make them more abundant and fulfilling. We'll be focusing on people and homes rather than growing systems in this 3-hour block.
If people are happy with this mini-course, we can follow up with another one at a later date, going into other subjects you'd typically learn on an introductory course. If you'd like to attend but can't make this date please let me know - I can repeat the course at a different time.
Venue is my place in the Inch (EH16, details to follow if you sign up), and places are limited. The cost is up to you - I do not want money to be a barrier to learning, so people are invited to pay what they feel the course was worth to them at the end (and what they can afford).
About the teacher: I am a Permaculture Diploma apprentice developing my teaching skills and portfolio, so you'll be instrumental in my learning just as I hope I can be in yours! I have been inspired by permaculture since 2009, completed my Permaculture Design Course in 2012 and a Permaculture Educators' training course in 2014. I've been practicing and developing my design skills and knowledge in both land-based and community projects. I am a keen gardener and garden designer and have a particular interest in unusual edibles. I also run foraging walks and a workshop on making your own cosmetics, from moisturisers to shampoo.
To book your place on the course, please email

Best wishes,
Nenya
