Position: IVR Business Analyst
Location: Torrance, CA
Duration: 12+ months

Requirement:
Experience in working with business to formalize requirements.
• Experience in writing Business Requirement Document (BRD).
•Working knowledge of Genesys Interactive Voice Response system.
•Knowledge of voice User Interface (UI) specification.
•Experience in writing User Interface Design Document (UIDD).
•Knowledge of Agile, Iterative.
•Proficiency in working with business and technical teams.
