Position: Project Manager
Location: Louisville, KY
Duration: 12 months

Summary:
1.Ability to understand Telecom technologies includes SIP, SIPREC and Call Recording with Verint.
2.Ability to liaise with business to identify and define IT requirements, scope and objectives.
3.Collaborate with Business, Vendor, IT departments (DBA, ATS, etc.,) to drive business/IT initiatives
4.Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
5.Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
6.Report and escalate to management as needed
7. Ability with solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
